Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Offers
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the U.S.
International Shipping
International shipping times and rates vary depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country. Neurogenic Apothecary LLC is not liable for any delays caused by customs processing or additional charges incurred.
Shipping Disclaimer
Neurogenic Apothecary LLC is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
We are not liable for:
- Shipping delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.

Damaged or Missing Items
