At Neurogenic Apothecary, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to the nature of ingestible goods unless the product is defective or damaged.
How to Initiate a Return

- We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and shipping details.
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and notify you of the status of your refund.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection of the return.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for returning shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

- Final sale items
- Any opened or used supplement products (unless defective)
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you want.
